Payment:
Credit card orders are charged after being shipped. We accept
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders,
Certified Checks, and pre-approved Personal Checks in U.S.
Funds. All Personal Checks must be sent in, and funds cleared
before merchandise will be sent. California residents are
charged 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping:
Shipping is free for continental USA shipments. For outside
of continental U.S. and the rest of the world, please contact
us for a quote. We will ship to a military APO/FBO Box via
the U.S. Postal Service when pre-arranged. Call or E-Mail
for specific details.

carries a large inventory of the products we distribute.
All in stock orders will be shipped no later than 2 working
days.
All
orders shipped within the continental US and orders within
size limits (under 8' in length as a general rule) will
be shipped by FedEx ground or DHL Ground unless otherwise
specified. All orders that cannot be sent via DHL Ground
or Fed Ex Ground will be shipped via freight (truck). Transit
time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days
depending on the distance from our distribution center to
your destination.
Delivery
time: Allow 2-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered
items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require
additional shipping days.
Tracking
Number: On the day your order ships, you will receive
e-mail notification of the shipment along with Federal Express
or DHL Ground tracking information.

Backorder
items: If an item is backordered, 1STOPTIRES.COM will
notify you via e-mail.
Filling
Backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders
when the backordered items become available.
We
make every effort to insure that your product arrives within
a reasonable amount of time, usually three to five days.
However, in the event of an error by the shipping company,
we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will
attempt to locate the whereabouts of the order through the
shipping company.
This
tracer takes eight days to confirm loss of the product.
You may re-order the product before the eight days is over,
and it will be shipped again. However, your credit card
will be charged for the additional product, and refunded
when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed
lost by the shipper. If both the new and original order
arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders,
and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.

Return
Policy: We offer 30 day 100% money back guarantee on
all of our products (not ran on road or put into service),
minus 20% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied, call
us and we will refund or exchange your purchase (customer
pays shipping on all returned merchandise). We will refund
the purchase price of the product and tax only. Shipping
charges will not be refunded.
